Post-spawn walleyes feeding hard on the south end of the Bay of Green Bay. May 1 through June 1.
Through May, we run out of the City of Green Bay for spring walleyes on the south end of the Bay. With the walleyes coming off the spawning season in the Fox River, you’re sure to have a blast catching these feeding machines as they bulk back up on baitfish.
This is one of the best walleye fisheries in the country and the window is short — book early.
Spring walleye season runs May 1 – June 1. Includes captain, mate, top-tier electronics, fresh donuts and coffee on morning trips, and proper care and icing of your catch.
Same boat, same gear, same standard as our Lake Michigan trips — just chasing a different fish at a different time of year.
Spotting fish on side-imaging and structure scan, then putting baits in front of them. Walleye don’t hide once you find them.
Spring on the Bay can be cold. Our enclosed cabin with heat and AC keeps the day comfortable when the wind picks up.
Up to 6 anglers comfortably. Family trips, bachelor parties, corporate groups — the Bay welcomes all of them.
Combine multiple charters with lodging at Captain’s Quarters and roll your licenses, donuts, and fish handling into one easy booking. Total-group pricing for 4–6 anglers.
